How the team works together

General project discussion happens in Gitter
There is a dedicated Gitter room for the core team here
For changes, we use a peer-review process through GitHub pull requests
We prioritize our work with milestones and roadmap
Incoming new issues and pull requests always have a high priority and we strive to handle them first
